This is 100% correct.
There is no 'ei' in there, even though that would have been grammatically correct without changing the meaning (it does not fit these guys' dialect though.
'Innestengt i eike kiste' is completly wrong because you allways stick these kinds of words together in Norwegian (compounding).
Also notice the capitalisation:
'Innestengt i eikekiste' which translates to:
'Locked Inside (an) Oak Coffin'
