being N/A, we do have an issue with all types of crimes on N/A reservations that needs immediate attention. it's kinda sad that non-N/A consistently have to address our problems. i know we're growing as a nation but very slowly. visiting hospitals & supermarkets, sum of us N/A need manners & class. many of us need to drop that alcohol bottle & realize how we r affecting the ppl around us. i'm not an outsider looking in. i have family members dealing w/ the issues i speak of. we can be better ppl

I was molested and sexually assaulted and they were comitted by native american men and im native american myself so yea shows anyone not just whites are capable of it

@selenadelos Whites have the responsibility to learn the truth then to undo and fix what little they can do now with us, just as the churches have the responsibility to be honest acknowledge make known and repent publicly their long centuries of depravity racism and worse. We do not generally trust white people period and it is not racism as some of dumb asses call this. Its experience with whites that made any of them, and its very hard to share or relate to people with what we know to be facts of life take that however you may wish I consider distrust to be well founded. I also believe this issue springs from white influence and domination, if not for this we would never have had this as a issue like many many other issues that have been thrust on us...

@treo700v She seems naive, not really stupid. A lot of people can't understand racism when it causes problems for them; she just didn't expect to be distrusted strictly because of the way she looked or talked. Live and learn, right?

Sadly, nobody has been able to learn much about the 200-or-so lost nations. Not the point. She got to know about the dead person, so she cared. It's hard to care, personally, about millions of dead people you've never gotten close to.

@anzac2404 I know about the cancer all too well on the Navajo reservation (leupp) my boyfriends mother is from there and is battling it within her own family. And of course i don't believe all white men are assholes to believe that would put me on their level. However it is almost unmistakable to say that most try very hard to uphold white virtue.
