This is a video adults need to look at so they can understand that their kids arent jumpin round actin crazy n makin a fool of their selfs their kids are really practicin on overcoming objects in their environment so that if they are being chased by someone who wants to harm them they will be able to escape quickly

I'll be 80 and you'll see me try to "cat" something or climb something I Parkour is my anti-drug, my anti-anger, my anti-competition, my anti-illusion! I agree him, making Parkour a competition means you kill the element that is Parkour. Its like wearing shoes without socks. Like breathing without air or a flat bowl!!!! Just enjoy Parkour and pace ur self. I have seen some people push to much and hope you guys who Parkour are being safe.
