Not bad. My only critic is adding footstep sounds in sync with your walk cycle. Also increase your FPS to 15(if you haven't already). I suggest MonkeyJam. It's a great program!

Second, try to reduce light flicker. This is hard, and if it's due to a bad bulb or lamp, I can't help you there, sorry. I doubt it is though;it's most likely due to your shadow moving or your hand/body blocking the camera/lamps.

yep, light flicker is almost solved and then i am using monkey jam and ALSO i downloaded a walking sound effect early sunday :) so were all good here
