The second track on Bon Jovi's 1986 record, Slippery When Wet, is this song, and is called "You Give Love A Bad Name." (source: amazon).
Because the title of this song is a popular misconception, I included the terms Shot Through The Heart in this video's tags, so it should still appear when someone searches using those terms. I will add the word Thru, in case someone spells it the same way you did.
