How To Install / set up Pinnacle Instant DVD Recorder On Windows7 (Dazzle DVC 100 Capture Card)

Need The Drivers Do The Same with this .exe to install Link:

Once Downloaded Onto PC:
Left Click On The EXE
Go To Properties
Compatability Tab
Then Run This Program In Compatability Mode For
Change The Dropdown Box To Vista
Then Click Apply And Ok
Install The Program And It Should Work Fine

i put the cd in but its not doing anything, downoad dosn't pop up or anything :p
