Steve Harris was my bass hero when I was about 12. I used to know a ton of Maiden songs.

  • It just so happens that Levi shares the same birthday as Steve Harris. We are Maiden fans.

  • @gwunder2003 Wow! that is super cool!!!

I know a ton of Maiden stuff. it's very good for the right hand. I try to be careful showing some music to young students without their parents consent. But I think in this case we need to work on some of this material!

  • @bijouxmusic Definitely, work with Levi and Iron Maiden stuff. I agree, playing Maiden is like a cardio workout for the right hand.

  • @gwunder2003 "playing Maiden is like a cardio workout for the right hand" LOL I am gonna remember that! :-)

  • great job........ IM RULES

  • In the spring of '83 everyone one in my neighborhood wanted to be EVH or Randy Rhodes..so I said okay I'll be Steve Harris, I bought a Peavey T-40 from a friends brother and spent every night that summer trying to learn Iron Maiden songs, I can't lie by the end of summer I could only play a few and bits and pieces of others, but trying to play like Steve Harris ,in hindsight was one of the best things I could have done= Fingers of Steel.

  • @bijouxmusic :-)

  • Very nice Fender Bass.......
