First off Joe is going to have to raise his rates to meet his bottom line to deal with the increased tax. Also Joe's customers are going to have employers who's taxes have been raised by Obama so they're employers are going to be less inclined to give Joe's customers bonus's or not make cutbacks which could mean some of Joe's customers lose their jobs. Joe will have to charge more to people making less money, get it??
