Thomson Holidays: Tours in Tunisia - Grand Erg Oriental

Thomson/TUI, Tunisie Voyage,Tunisia: Tour to Ksar Ghilane - POOR QUALITY Pansea Hotel. This was sold as a 5* hotel as 'camping in the desert under the stars'. This hotel has not been maintained in some time and the video shows the condition of the 'green' swimming pool. The tents are ripped, have mildew and are not cleaned. We assumed the food would be to the same standard and left in a hurry. Provider Tunisie Voyage, and Thomson/TUI Holidays have not properly inspected this hotel, and are charging $TND289 (~£135) for a two day trip with this sh*thole as the big attraction. The second day takes you to Matmata, the Star Wars set in the original films' opening sequences -- the set is now looking tired and not maintained. DO NOT EAT ANY FOOD at this site if you value your health (unless you like brown lettuce that is). To stay here costs $TND22 (~£10) per night, does that give you an idea of the standard of accommodation?
It's a total crock of lies, bigged up and Thomson are peddling sh*t. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP, they call it the Grand Erg Oriental - nothing grand about it. Total rip-off.
