@ronmac05ad There is no need to pull leavers like in a tractor or a Land Cruiser. In a Disco 3 or 4 just twist the terrain response knob, press low range and off you go. Though you still need an off road brain to go with Land Rover's genius off road capability.

I agree, this is making the LR look bad. I have an LR3 this hill should be no problem.

driver suck! learn how to 4x4. to climb this hill, put it in 4Hi, 2nd gear, centre diff lock, and momentum in the key...

terrain response, 2,93:1 transfer case , central and rear locker beats the 4wd system in the lc200

so the LC200 is better than the LR3!
the crawl feature would easily get up that slope.
