Great video, entertaining and informative !!

I wonder if there have there been any studies done to investigate the effects of heavily chemtrailed skies and the possibility that they impede Vit D synthesis from skin exposure to sunlight?

Also, are there any studies done to discover, if there are any chemicals in the air, due to active chemtrailing, or heavy chemtrail cover, which might offset the benefits of being outside for sun exposure, due to the possibility of breathing them in ?

"excessive amounts of vitamin D may also be factors in the formation of stones"

Symptoms of vitamin D poisoning may include nausea, headache, excessive urination, high blood pressure, kidney stones, kidney damage and other problems

no one has ever died from vitamin D overdose but I am interested if too much vitamin D darkens human skin?

When I take Vitamin D, my kidneys hurt. Go figure.

If you had stopped to reason, I do take Vitamin D or I would not even know about the problem with kidneys but I also get acne from Vitamin D so I have to be careful of how much Vitamin D I take.

It seems likely that physiological vitamin D intakes will result in a higher relative risk for kidney stones for people on modern American diets (low potassium, low magnesium, high refined carbohydrates, high sodas, and a high acid residue). You may lower your risk of kidney stones by remaining vitamin D deficient, but then you raise your risk of dying from many other diseases.

I do not have your American diet eating habits and I do take calcium for my bones and joints.
