  • doctors are fucking shit, these cunts are too quick to prescribe pain killers and anti depressants. Do you honestly think the cunts who produce these drugs want you to know about vitamin D...I think not..lol I've lived for almost 20 years with chronic pain and depression. Fucking doctors too stupid to diagnose me as having a vitamin D deficiency, had to find it out for myself. My D count was just 12. After taking 50,000iu for eight weeks I'm now on the mend. Fucking doctors need kicking.

  • I clapped long and hard at home with noone here. Is that weird? Amazing lecture.

For those of you who question taking vitamin D orally for psoriasis. I can't direct you to any studies, but I've had a real problem with it since birth and it's only been since I've been supplementing with 3000IU of Vit D that I've seen a marked reduction over the past 6 months. Any open sores are completely gone and redness has been reduced to a couple of minor spots.

  • Cured my flu in a matter of hours.

  • @TheBezerker010 How are your levels now?

  • i also didn't know until recently thet you can get all necessary vitamins and minerals in microalgae like spirulina and chlorella! there's a free report @ naturalnews or truthpublishing called "Superfoods for Optimum Health - Chlorella and Spirulina" check it out :)

  • @awksedgreep you probably found more info by now since it's been 8 months since you posted but there are many vitamin d studies for various skin disorders..you can find more info @ vitamin d council..blessings! peace..also, check into the ancient practice (that's making a comeback!) of sungazing (there's a documentary on youtube about it)..also, dr. mercola has vitamin d-3 spray (nanotechnology) for those of us that must supplement in the winter (very little sunlight)

  • @awksedgreep Same here. Increase raw fat in your diet and start intermittent fasting and it will vanish like mine did. If it hasnt already.

High dose vitamin D increases your uptake of Calcium. To use this calcium you need adequate Vitamin K2, Vitamin A and Magnesium.

If you don't you can get hypercalemia. Symptoms dizziness, frequent urination, forgetfulness, heart palpitations. But with the above vitamins and minerals there is no problem. It is not the vitamin D, it is the lack of other nutrients.

I have seen this with doses of 50,000 IU. Your levels of Vitamin D are healthy, raise the others.

  • @Hertsman50

I understand your anger, many of us have a story like that, personal or a loved one. But the problem is the drugs companies. They took over the medical schools during the depression and now control, medical teaching, research, textbooks and learned journals.

This is why Dr Horlick had such a hard time getting the word out.

  • @Hertsman50 every single thing you said it true. They don't give a shit about patients. They don't give a SHIT about anyone but their Porsche and Million Dollar Mansion..Same thing..I was prescribed Vitamin D---felt immediately better. I have copies of all my records back to 2000-Fucking TSH has always been "off"--I remember even asking my Primary Care Doc., he said it's fine. Checked the internet, they changed the "normal" back in 2005. Labs not even updated! FUCKERS!

  • @TheBezerker010 Your wrong. First of you should not have 2x300,000iu and certainly not injections. They wouldnt do that anyway. Your post is farse. 80ng is healthy level. And you dont 'suddenly' get kidney damage!!! idiot.
