You are right about Doctors...they are truly uneducated about vitamins and minerals and herbs. If you knew what they know about health you would be afraid to ever go in to see them.

This information is the best. I have bought over 20 of his book and given them out as gifts. He is the tops when it comes to his information. We should all be more healthy now. If we used coconut oil and stopping eating diet foods with the diet sugar it would could prevent most diseases. It is also important to get the companion vitamins and minerals with the D, such as magnesium, calcium, c and k2.

the body produces up to 20.000 IU per day if exposed to sunlight You shouldnt take more than that amount. I personally take 10.000 IU daily to have optimal amounts(on rainy days/october-april). Studies show that you need at least 4000-8000 IU daily to get the best health results.

therfor Vitamin D will be banned in "high" doses. In germany you need already a prescribition to get more than 1000 IU. The media tells the public vitamins are toxic and dangerous. And the sheeple believe the lies.
