This stainless steel machine can be used with a reel of film to seal trays. The film is easily unrolled to cover the tray then cut and tightly welded at the same time. Different templates sizes available for these food tray sealers.

@jiub0007 The rim of the plate is raised so only the film touching the rim will be affected by the temperature and pressure. The film is just your basic cast PET. For PP trays, you will typically use a OPP/PE laminate.

Thank you for the review. I have a question: how come the film does not wrinkle or brake when sealing, if the upper plate touches it being very hot? is the film a special film?? or just the thikness of the film must be a specific one.

For PP trays, which film and what thikness would be necesary?
