@prettymel66 - Hi, thanks for the questions. There are various remedies that all involve natural ingredients that are proven to lighten skin pigmentations. The ingredients are used as face masks and because they are natural and are bodies are used to them (some as foods) they are not harmful to us. Most skin whitening creams contain Hydroquinone which is a man made chemical that can cause side effects and be harmful to some. Hope this helps

@prettymel66 - Some of the remedies are really simple and if you use them as part of your daily routine there is no reason why your skin should change. Camomile and honey (particularly Manuka) are very good ingredients. There are loads of recipes it's a case of finding one that suits you and your budget.
