In North Carolina, a program pays teen girls a dollar a day not to get pregnant. In this episode of Means of Persuasion, is this a government bribe, a reward, or just a good investment?
**Interesting additional stats: 83 percent of North Carolina counties don't have abortion doctors. Of approximately 20,000 teen pregnancies in 2007, only 25 percent ended in termination. However, 30 percent of 2006 teen pregnancies were not the mothers' first kids.
