It often begins with high-achieving teens choking each other as a way to get high without the risk of getting caught with drugs or alcohol. It ends with thousands of kids dying or suffering permanent brain damage each year.

ok so i can under stand getting hooked as i did before. but why would you risk your life?! when i choked my self i did it in much shorter times and without a rope i used my hands that way when you fainted you couldn`t chike furthur and if you listen @ 6:35 the lady says @ 3min you suffer noticable nrain damage i took a deep breath and keld my hands to my arteris and with in 20seconds at the most i would loose focus and release my preassure on my arteries and get high.
