Galerians Rion Part 1 Escape from Dr. Lem

This is the Galerians Rion movie it is
based on the PS1 game Galerians.
Borrowing from such classics like Akira in it's story line it is the story of a 16 year old kid named Rion Steiner in the year 2522 who wakes up in a hospital with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. He constantly hears this female voice calling for him. He later discovers he has the power of telekinesis and the ability to control objects and even start fires all with his mind.
