As someone about as good as you (I can A Great Giana Sisters, anyway), I must say that I WANT YOUR PAD! They're so expensive though. Sucks you have to play off of that screen though, it's so small and awkwardly positioned in the room.

lol arent you ignorent at a point when you will start to be good at this game if you even play it you will learn that you have to be on the pad that way for the fast parts you only have to press on ur toes or heals for the step

Get a "Trio Linker Plus" adaptor. Google it.
