I have a EEOC case going against walmart right now. I am suppose to be in a wheel chair due to a on the job injury. Walmart shift Manager illegally suspended me from the store while I was in the process of getting a wheel chair and filling out ADA papers. He threaten to tow my car away when I was turning in a medical restriction sheet. One of the walmart safety advises violated my restrictions as well as telling me that he spoke to my doctor and then tried to deny me a visit when I called him out on the lie.
