it's been awhile but I'm back with an update and a couple new photos to show my progression!

Beginning weight: 230lbs
Current weight: 182lbs
Spring N2 action goal weight: 164.8lbs

Weight Loss last 2 weeks: -1.2lbs
Weight Loss with Weight Watchers: -21.8lbs
Weight Loss since August '06: 48lbs
