either, or. it doesn't really matter. in the video, i used regular, but i have used both. they don't make a difference (other than smell)

well i can only get the normal 1s here and ive tried it so many times and it just wont work i did it the exact same way as u with the tail and i welded the nut on pppllleeeaaassseee help
