wow, can't really tell what those are. maybe they're those chinese floating lanterns, mini hot air balloons with birthday candles in them. you really need to work on your filming tecnique though, lean against something to steady your shot and constant zooming in and out is a no-no

its real cause' at the begining of the video it was at the bottom of the cloud and at the end it is at the top of the cloud and regular lights dont just move arroud like that.

i saw the same shit june 07 (germany) but at first i saw it and it stood still but after 10 sec it moved like nothing i`ve ever seen... it was like as fast as hell and the acceleration was not real from 0-1000 mp/h in 2 sec or something

saw the same thing on june 10th in NH. the one i saw never moved. tried to get it on my telescope but it was too low in the sky, buildings in the way. snapped some blurry photos. this looks EXACTLY the same.
