A Disney Proposal

This is a clip of my Disney marriage proposal to my then GF.

Quick Set-up: I talked with some Disney CMs throughout the day, who are really the people that made this happen. The plan was to have a bunch of CMs come over, make a big deal that it was Danielle's birthday, pull her into the middle of Main St. USA, and then sing the Birthday Song to her. Then on the last line, where this video picks up, I sneak around her, and say the most important words of my life. The video takes over from there.

HELL YES YOU SHOULD! Disney is a place to be a kid again, there is nothing wrong with that. If anything it makes it way more romantic.

Someone (baglady) needs to take a lesson from these wonderful people and learn to go back to the kid inside once in a while and not be so negative.

Your name (baglady) explains your pessimism. Just because you're 36 years old and alone, doesn't mean you should rain on others good times. We both come from big Disney families, and plan to pass that tradition down to our kids someday. Keep your pathetic life out of our happiness.

Some of our most fond memories growing up are in Disney World. Getting engaged there just added to those memories. And we'll be back there 2 years to the day of this video in June 2010.
