IN-CLASS TRAINING

These learning goals work best in a traditional classroom environment.

SYNTHESIS Write a company operations or process manual. Design a machine to perform a specific task. Integrates training from several sources to solve a problem. Revises and process to improve the outcome.

EVALUATION Select the most effective solution. Hire the most qualified candidate. Explain and justify a new budget.

SKILLS The ability to exhibit actions which can not be evaluated without hands-on demonstration and observation of a targeted task.




ATTITUDES In order to change an attitude you must make a connection with the audience. The ability to exhibit behaviors indicating attitudes of awareness, interest, attention, concern, and responsibility, ability to listen and respond in interactions with others.
