Nice review... Remember the runners are where the molten plastic enter the molds, and it has to be able to get there in a given time before it start to harden... But yea, on older kits they can be a pain in the ass :)

@bogusbyte Hey dude, yeah it was more the amount of runners holding some of these pieces; it just seemed excessive in places but like the said this is a resoray of an old model so such things are forgivable :)
It still looks awesome though when it's build :D

@Trunksforyou Yea... got the rx78, chars zaku and the strike here in the build que... Need some more practice with my painting... realy dont want to build then have to dissasemble it to paint... like to do thing right the first time around :)

@bogusbyte Ahh nice. Yeah that's the best plan! I'm more for straight building but I want to get better at painting the MGs ^^

Wow! That looks great! How do the cut marks look? Are they very distracting?

@coolerestification Hey Thanks for the comment! Once it's on display it's fine and you don't really notice the cut marks.
Up close you can see them because they are rougher and painted over but the Tamiya Crome was a great colour and blends in pretty well :)
