I spent the day filming at mile 18 of the Boston Marathon, 2010. First came the incredible wheelchair athletes, then the elite runners who ran by the camera so fast, the video is jittery (hey, I'm learning!), then the mid-pack of runners who worked so hard to qualify, and then, came the back of the pack, (where I've run 7 times), with all of their grit and determination. From all walks of life and all over world, the Boston Marathon brings these runners together--to run, to honor, to finish. Another year, another amazing tribute to the human condition.

so glad that I filmed you! Since I am writing a proposal for a new film, I could not be out there yesterday to document the race..but watched the men's and women's finish-outstanding! Boston is the BEST!
