  • Good video. I like the idea of the artwork. I'm wondering if, like you said, the support needs to be more meme oriented, but I've always felt that without the establishment of rapport the likelihood of a meme going that far is slim. How can we build better rapport?

  • Empathy on the cheap? That just struck me as oddly very funny.
