yes, they do, all of them you must complete story mode with the corresponding char to unlock their custom, for Diablo you need to pass story mode with every char....

yah i beat the game too first time playing it...wtf? i beat the last boss, diablo perfect??!! ummm....i just keep pressing the two attack buttons?!!!?! LOL
