This Song was heard on The Nation wide syndicated radio show of Dr.Demento only once of which was shortly after The New Year of 1992 &Dr.D.himself said "Yes and I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot of requests for this song throughout this year."But no as fate had it we hadn't and I know that in going along with it I made many requests for it too.I only wish that it had constant play throughout that year because I even know that I'd have enjoyed it through & through in 1992 too.I heard it again now.

I listened to that show every week. Dr. Demento is 1 of my favorite shows. I recorded this song from Dr. D in 1991. At the time I had a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a loud stereo system (Alpine with amp) I played that song out in 1992 & played it loud , People rolled up there windows & stuff it was funny!!

Wow, and I used to listen to Dr. D, too, but never heard this song. Great tune!

Again Up above where you see^it's meant to be a 6 meaning yes but in reality it 3 months short of 6 years later that Dr.Demento had almost came back to Boston & Vicinity But as for this in 1992 song of which I'd 1st heard there 1 of the prophesies that really did come true was that they'd still be making liquor in 1992 because by 1933 the year after this song was written Prohibition got repealed I read The Book The Long thirst in1986 And there was even a movie later of it called Izzy & Moe.

Yes very well done again&again and good for you through & through in 1992 as well as beyond that year down below where you see a 7 beside "1999" it should've been an & It was supposed to be on WZLX to stay due to an overwhelming impact of listeners in Boston but then when a new station manger took over of which didn't take on syndicated shows the last one to go was Dr.Demento in late August of 1993.Then ^ years later it almost came back to WEGQ 93.7 but then it got consumed by Star & now Mike.

Well done very well done and good for you through and through in 1992 as well as beyond that year through and through.Dr.Demento is 1 of my favorite shows too but Boston and vicinity has been deprived of Dr.D.since late August of 1993 when WZLX 100.7 let it go & it almost came back in 1999 but then that station of Eagle 93.7 of which was going to take it on got taken over by Star 93.7 with a rather annoying publicity stunt of 15 hours of nothing but Princes "1999" 7 now that station is Mike 93.7
