No way! They have many shapes. The easiest way to do at home is just make a pan full and cut it into squares, but another really common shape is the spiral roll, which is my favorite, Yum yum yum.

Thanks for this video.. I really enjoyed it. But I have a question: I thought spanakopita are traditionally fold into triangles.. or this another way of doing it?
