One of the most recent independent studies, in terms of corruption, has placed both Afghanistan and Iraq (both with US puppet governments installed) at the very top. Who would have guessed?
Our troops are dying for corrupt regimes, the world over. War is a racket....and those in the midst of it, understand this all too well. But nobody speaks for them...neither the higher ups in command, nor the people who were killed or maimed in the process, on ALL SIDES. War is the opposite of humanity, it is the antithesis of it....

Sadly enough Ella, so many people still aren't getting it, they care too much about the Cowboys, Patriots, Gossip Girl, Dancing with the Stars and whatnot. Either that Ella, or they just don't care, they're satisfied with where they are at. I'll keep doing what I have to do though, just like you, we have to keep doing what we do.

I think that as long as there is an army they will find an enemy. Wars and the military are not nice places to go. I think youngsters should be in bars or making love and starting families. Getting to learn what's sharing and baring on this side of the life is. They are young and open so don't fill them up with enemies, wars, the guts and the blood and the gore.. They should learn to be good fathers or mothers and should protect their country instead of getting bad memories in a foreign country.

This misbegotten war has lasted longer than any in US history, including WWII but there is no "Charlie" in this war. Republican Rep Ron Paul called it a "War Against a Concept" because "terrorism" is a concept as old as humans. Thus the war could last until all humans are destroyed by those who profit from it.

when I saw the article about this a few weeks ago, I was actually afraid to touch it..I hadn't even mentioned it to anyone in my life because they have gotten to the point where they make excuses for the actions of this govt when it concerns the so called war on terror..I'm so glad you both did this because I knew you'd cover it right.
