  • Wow she's a singer... must be an 11 pounder? haha

I found that if you use a very wide strap, it makes lugging these things around a bit more bearable.

    What pickups are in there

  • She is a Pig , heavy as a dead Horse but it does have tons-o sustain. The PU's are DiMarzio X2N's.

    Thanks,

    Mike

  • why would u use an epi if u have this guitar and the es-335

  • Well ,this Les Paul is 31 years old and the 335 is 30 years old. I don't want to take the chance on some drunk knocking one over or something like that on a gig. Besides after the work I put in that Epi it plays and sounds every bit as good as this old custom and is a lot easier on the shoulder.

  • What are you playing at 2:25 to 2:30? I cant figure our for the life of me how to play that. I know its in the 4th and 3rd position gminor shapes but cant get that fast run like your getting. Any help?

  • @Zephyrwood Fender doesn't suck ass....Both Gibson and Fender make very high quality instruments, but bottom line it comes down to personal preference as to playability and tone

  • @Zephyrwood Thank you. This guy was a little biased against Gibson's for some reason. Some of the greatest songs in rock history have been on a Les Paul or some Gibson. Imagine Sunshine of Your Love on a Strat or Crossroads. To this day when Clapton plays a Les Paul or a 335 he sounds like he did with Cream but on a Strat he sounds like it is a chore for him to solo. I don't know why he plays them like he does. Now he has the Gibson Les Paul beano reissue he has been on a Les Paul lately.

  • @Stratomen88 FENDERS SUCK ASS

  • @Stratomen88 All opinion, and nothing more. There no fact as to what guitar is better over the other. They're all different. So in the end, it comes down to taste.

  • The secrets in the fingers. You have magic fingers! Also fabulous guitars. Listened many times. Thanks

  • fantastic playing! U should play a strat for us!

  • Great tone what type of amp are you using, also I believe that a guitar player should master both Fenders and Gibsons they are so differnt tonally but they are still 6 strings babys.

  • Well done...beautiful lp custom.
