Happy Numbers! The secret to achieving a positive mind-set.

I way of consciously checking and acknowledging your current state of mind and levels of positivity. By gauging out of ten how you are currently feeling and how happy you are.

The most important thing to remember is you actually choose your attitude and state of mind. It is not given to you.

Happy numbers, yes. Happy numbers came from something I learnt when I did my coach training. Two very profound words that just completely changed my life, I have to say. A very simple, very simple in concept but those two words were you choose. You choose your attitude and you choose your mindset. And it was just having an understanding that we are never given an attitude, we are never given a bad mood it's something that we choose for ourselves. And so what happened was, I was getting out of bed in the morning and I was consciously thinking to myself, "what's my attitude today?" and then I just associated that with a number and I see this number above my head. And it's my happy number and so happy numbers was born. And I talk about happy numbers everywhere I go, whenever I get a chance to do a motivational speech or a keno speech somewhere I will always include a little bit about my happy number. So, it had a big impact on me and I've helped so many businesses over the years that have used this concept. So, I get emails and messages from all over the world now about my happy numbers.
In essence, basically that is it. Very simple in concept is that you choose a number, a happy number whether it would from a scale of 1 to 10 on how happy you are and it's a choice that you make.

So, if you get up and you feel, you know, you are not feeling so good and you are on a 3, what can you do to get yourself onto an 8? That in essence is how it works. Everybody understands it from children to oldies; it's a very simple concept. Can you imagine if you are on a happy number that's a great thing, and you can impact and influence other people? But not just as an individual to have a whole business in a happy space or on a happy number, when you can get that whole team working with happy numbers. And over the last 7 years, we've been able to introduce happy numbers into business, had a profound impact on that business. So, this isn't just a person then that is working with their happy numbers, the whole business is. So, I strongly recommend you go check out your own happy numbers and it certainly works for me. So, that's how happy numbers work.
