The D-Ball is a Medicine Ball of its own with benefits unlike traditional med balls which typically bounce. These ball are weighted and will hardly bounce. They are best used for explosive core strength and plyometric drills when a rolling ball or bouncing ball isn't neccessarily the best option nor desired for the task.
