Launeddas-Triplepipe

The Launeddas has an unbroken history in Sardinia for 3000 years, surviving from the Nuragic Culture since today.
It can be observed on a famous sardinian bronze figurine portraying a "man" playing a wind instrument and holding two pipes in his left hand and one in his right, just as the launeddas players do today.

Google no esti sa "bibbia"; beni a su terrenu miu e ti fazzu biri sa differenzia tra kanna masku(Arundo Pliniana) e kanna femmina(Arundo Donax), funti giai 15 annusu ca da seu sighendu e sperimentendu.

Sa differentzia dda connosciu deu puru; su "problema" est su nòmini. Arundo donax banda beni, ddu sciu, ca est sa canna femmina.

Tenis arrejoni però: circhendi mellus apu agatau puru giassus chi ponint sa foto de sa canna masca.

In Grecia esiste uno strumento simile chiamato aulos,ma i launeddas funti meda mellus!!!

probabilmente è lo strumento a fiato complesso più antico del pianeta. Quando da bambino sentivo le launeddas mi venivano i brividi come ora. grazie

Cat, i'm a guy of Sardinia and i can tell you that the launeddas are not so simple to build, each single exemplary of launeddas ever build is different, like a fingerprint :D but if you want i can try to send you exemplary of these =) .
