  • Hi Adam,

Alibaba.com takes the issue of fraud very seriously and we have strict policies in place to deal with it. If you suspect fraud from a China Gold Supplier, please contact customer service immediately at tradesecurity@service.alibaba.com. Our Online Security Department will initiate an investigation as soon as they receive sufficient information about the case and they will keep you informed on the status of the investigation throughout the process. Thank you!

the company is still listed in alibaba as a gold supplier (2nd year)

never send the goods and make excuses of goods held by customs, payment not received, "the person has resign" etc etc

  • but his name is phil weil???not phil brosnan??

  • @shaneb

He is Brosnan's younger brother. He is one my business connection.

  • dos this guy look like pierce brosnan or wat???

  • gold membership? trust pass? hehehehehe

  • Alibaba.com is a massive huge B2B scam.

It should be Alibaba and the 40,000 thieves.

Two trustworthy "Gold verified" supply companies have stolen about $2,000 USD from me and have given me nothing but grief.

Don't believe me, do a Google search for "Alibaba scams".
