Let's Play Unreal (Part 1)

In this video, we start off our adventure in the very first Unreal game. You may or may not be surprised to learn that the Unreal series started out as a single-player adventure campaign where you had to escape the planet Na Pali, home of the four-armed Nali, while at the same time fighting off Na Pali's inhabitants and the Skaarj and their minions.

And let me tell you, the Skaarj don't fuck around...

@10samm10 This is true. Sadly, the sequel, Unreal 2, was just a game and a damn boring one at that. My canceled LP is proof of that.

@10samm10 It does have a good story, you're right. It's also a very beautiful game. The only problem is the game itself doesn't do the story or the environments any justice.

@Skaarjguy reason i disslike unreal 2 is the mssion mechanics, having to go back to that ship in between every level, what made unreal the great game it was, was the seamless environment, no stupid cut scenes no stupid mission briefings,no cheesy commando "go go go" crap and no orders. just you lost and trapped on an alien planet, it was amazing.

@spacecoke I see what you mean. Personally I dislike the game because it's so boring that the combat is comparable to watching grass grow, if the grass had guns and were just shooting everywhere.

@Skaarjguy Oh, also, as for the Skaarj warlord, I was doing a bit of wiki reading, and there was something about them removing it so it wouldn't spoil one of the later bosses for players.
