I learned a great technique when I was in San Diego for a Traffic Geyser seminar. The man's name was Joseph McClendon III, who was a great motivational speaker and inspirational coach.

This can't be the "Cure for Depression", but it can help! :D

You can't be depressed when you smile! :D

If you're angry, frustrated, or upset, try this technique for 10 seconds! It will help! Guaranteed!

Give the biggest smile you can to have this method work.

The mind affects the body and vice versa. I learned that from Tony Robbins. He taught me about physiology and feelings.

If you understand the value of worry, you can do anything! :D

  • @MrJaredJames I can agree with that statement, as I believe Tony Robbins is correct in asserting that if you want to change your life for the better, you need to learn how to control your states (of mind). I personally have tried changing my physiology a few times in an attempt to improve my mood or state, and it has helped. Perhaps if I went all out with this idea, then I might see some truly positive changes. I'd say this is another tool or piece that has value in attaining happiness.

  • @pirateblarny Perhaps. I believe it's a move in the right direction for those who are really looking to feel better and realize they have the power to shift their energy and mood. :)

  • @vulje666 I'm glad it worked for you. Thanks for testing it out. :)

  • This is waaaay to simple to work for everyone.
