maybe two hints: maybe you noticed in one of my videos that after i steamed the milk i pour around half of it into another pitcher and pour with that one- thus not the one in which i steamed the milk. that way you guarantee that the milk and foam don't separate but that the microfoam is incorporated all the way through- but be fast. steam, directly pour half of it into another pitcher and instantly start to "draw".

I have no idea what sort of establishments you run in, but if you asked for a cup of black coffee at my work, I'd say "good man! We have a few different options to choose from, which would you like?" Any of the "hip" and up and coming shops would PREFER to serve you a black coffee over a latte.

I dont get this at all! I have been drinking coffee for the better part of 30 years. Why do coffee jockeys look at you like you are an alien from another planet, when you ask for a regular cup of coffee?
