@EamonOregan as it stands the majority are indeed happy where they are for the reason that ireland is in the shitter at the moment...ive met many northerners on holidays and at concerts and trust me they're very republican..to the extent that martin mcguiness is the most popular politition amongst nationalists in the north.............. you may have heard of him.

@EamonOregan there is now a majority nationalist population in northern ireland... when the economy picks back up (which will take a while) counties such as tyrone, fermanagh and derry may and probably will eventually opt for the republic..now i know your trying to take the moral highground by saying you want peace but trouble is always going to be around the corner in northern ireland because its an unnatural state to begin with. Would you actually be upset to see it united with the republic?
