Ow nevermind, I made a mistake, I had to place a = after UIAlertView *alert.

Hai justill45, I have a problem, when I have followed your tutorial and try to compile it, I get 2 errors the first one:

"expected ']' before 'initWithTitle' in the "ViewController.m"->

- (IBAction) alert:(id)sender { bla bla bla }

and the second one

"'alert' undeclared (first use in this function)" ->

[alert release]

You know what the problem is or can be?.
