The November 2009 elections, in Virginia and New Jersey, which took place last week, were viewed as being crucial, insofar as providing a referendum on the Obama agenda, and also with respect to momentum, towards next year's races, throughout our country.

The major victories, of Bob McDonnell, Bill Bolling, and Ken Cucinelli (for Governor, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General of Virginia), and for Chris Christie (Governor of New Jersey) - in states that had gone for Obama, only a year ago - shows that the Republican revival has begun!!

The College Republican National Committee (CRNC) is a major organization, with a field program, that deploys young volunteers throughout the country, to assist with key causes, such as this.

In this clip from his Victory Night address in the Virginia capital, Governor-Elect Bob McDonnell mentions the College Republicans - who were key to these successes. (CRs from 9 U.S. states travelled to Virginia last week, for this key election; the CRNC was involved in the major New Jersey victories as well.)
