In 1992, DiC made a pilot for a TV series based on the game "Battletoads". It is said that four episodes were made in total, but this pilot was the only show that ever made it to TV.

@GregorioXII I was starting to wonder. A few days later I saw the name on an old TMNT episode too, courtesy of AVGN.

I asked Dave on his Facebook and he gave me this response:

"An American Script writer, also named David Wise, did indeed write the pilot. However, I composed the music for the video game. So there were indeed 2 David Wise's involved with the Battletoads Franchise."

@satriani3675 That guy has some good range then. Just looked him up, turns out he did Phong and Mike the TV on ReBoot too. What's a guy with talent doing in this?
