Users Are Greater Than Youtube

So youtube have removed the youtube vs the users video by Thunderf00t, for community guideline violations. BULLSHIT.

They basically threw their toys out of the pram because someone organized a protest against them.

Youtube is of course free to act like jerks all they want. Its just that will become their brand image. If they really think this is the brand image they want to adopt, then of course thats their choice.

They need users to financially exist. If they chose to stomp on users who displease them, then why would anyone want anything to do with them?

Youtube acting like this really does dispel this idea that youtube is some fuzzy happy company that doesnt want to be evil. They act as ruthlessly as any other company. The only thing to prevent them from doing so is the mass action of the users they rely on for survival.
