The guitarist was Alan McFeely who was the bass player in The Sultans of Ping,

Alan McFeely is also the older brother of Kieran McFeely aka Simple Kid.

I remember two television appearances they made

A live in concert performace of 'Interstellar Operator' on The Barfly Sessions (Channel 4) Presented by Dermot O'Leary in 2000

and the other was a studio performance of 'Me & You' on Nu Music (Play UK) Presented by Mani in 2001

To my knowledge Fuzz Light Years released four singles

Interstellar Operator / Monkees 2000 Animal Noise

Masquerade / Under a Moonlit Sky 2000 Animal Noise

Girl Song / Dennis Brain / Vibrator 2001 Instant Karma

Me & You / Kermit Song / Me & You (Gramophone Version) 2001 Instant Karma

After the Me & You single they seemed to just disappear off the face of the earth!

I have this on single and also "me & you". year 2000/2001... the website of theirs went shortly after too :)

Anytime I try to learn why the broke up (and when) and if any of them are in other bands now, all that comes up is articles from 2000 and 2001. It's as if that's exactly how long they lasted. Which is too bad, because they were cool. If anyone knows anything please let us know here. (Band members are welcome!) Thanks!
