Deadpool is immortal, he never stops talking(boba fett never talks) and the healing factor isn't the only thing that makes him immortal! The comic book readers know that Death had a crush on him, but since he broke her feelings she never wanted to see him again so she made some kinda magic that would never allow his soul to die(go to the realm of the dead) so no matter what you can't kill him, because he doesn't live up to wemen expectations! XD (yes marvel made death a woman)

@Sesshomaru123 Actually if you dig deeper in the stroy he is American and delusions that he is Canadian. But hey, who am I to say that a bad ass, mouthy, psychotic, immortal merc isn't Canadian if he says he is! :D

I've only just heard of Deadpool and I already know he'd beat Boba Fett. He seems really awesome, and his healing abilities would only come into play if he ACTUALY got shot or stabed by Boba. I should read up on him more because he seems like a total BADASS! :D

deadpool wouldn't fear being shot by boba fett. he just heals. Deadpool can teleport. He has smartass comments. Boba fett doesn't. Deadpool breaks the fourth wall. Boba doesn't. Deadpool is CANADIAN!!!! Best thing out of Canada since the wonderbra!!! w00t!! I win.
