Tim Russert needs to LISTEN and not ask a question that Huckabee answered 30 seconds ago.

Maybe Russert was just trying to reemphasize the point that Americans pay a great number off hidden taxes that are embedded in the goods we buy.

None of this makes any difference because an income tax on individuals is absolutely illegal at least thats what the supreme court has decided and it has never been overturned.

Your intentionally neglect to mention the fairtax removes the income, corporate income, capital gains, and payroll taxes the feds collects from all city and state spending.

Corporate income and capital gains together have a top marginal rate of 54% on every dollar of after tax profit the investor sees. Replacing all that with a sales tax will lower cost to the government.

Fairtax is PURE bullshit. Its a massive NEW tax (which they hide in fine print) on the government.,

Everything from police departments to the military to NASA to Medicaid -- have to pay massive taxes.

IN fact Fairtax only gets about half its income from "People" these goofy bastards pretend to get half of the revenue FROM the government.

Funny shit -- -and Fairtax said "only people pay taxes" but then pretend this crap.
