As far as I know, this camera can be downloaded at Trainsim.com. I think it was the ulticam.zip file. With SHIFT+9 y(when you use key 4 trackside view) ou stop the camera tracking the locomotive. Press SHIFT+9 again, the camera is tracking again. With the MSTS-BIN patch installed, the key 4 alows you to see the whole train come by before moving again. I hope this info was useful. Let me know!
