Evil Dead Ponies The Musical (part 1)

This has been sitting around partially completed since mid to late December. I want to run through the entire soundtrack (minus a few superfluous ones) but it could take quite a while to get through as I need to student teach during the day and tutor at night. I also agonized over the casting for a long time. Perfect character matchups vary by song but I finally settled on an optimal assignment for everyone. I am really annoyed that my software doesn't have any basic cropping ability or even frame stretching.

That was pretty.... epic. Good job man. I have never seen that.. (movie?) before, but I was laughing so much at some parts in this. The evil song also worked kinda nicely with Fluttershy.. (at first I felt bad she got killed, but she seemed fine with it ;P )

Really regretting that all my progress on part 2 got wiped when my computer crashed. If you liked the evil song you'd like "Join Us" but I cant even start recreating it for a month :(

I re-watched this while working on putting a friends computer together and I can't help but feel you make the most fun PMV's. What is the name of the play? and does it still run/out on video? I can't recall ever hearing this one before.

Rarity was hilarious as a demonized zombie xD (Fluttershy has so many good moments) what I want to point out is the amazing props you deserve for the Spike usage in this vid. EPIC WINNING!

I believe it's just called "Evil Dead The Musical". Started in a bar in Canada, made it briefly off broadway I think. Don't know if/where/when it still plays. I pirated a cam version once, but it was an older iteration that didn't quite match up fully with the version this soundtrack comes from. I do know that it's a show with a "splash zone" for all the fake blood flying around.

Laziness and it kinda broke the narrative flow. Would have felt like a bit of a detour between the stupid bitch scene and tree rape scene. I am keeping the reprise though.

This was... actually a lot of fun in a weird twisted way. ^_^ The first song was my favorite, partly because it allowed for the widest variety of scenes.

@scienceandponies also I LOVED Rarity's scene for that "I'd shoot you with these GUNS, but I don't think they shoo~t!" the Rainbow Dash scene you used for "I got some Shelly on my sho~es" was so funny and so something Dash would say if in their horse-shoes xD
