Taxi to Siem Reap

The taxi ride from Poipet to Siem Reap (both Cambodia)

The driver tried to scam us by putting us off at a tuk-tuk stand. In the taxi he was calling a lot. I've been explained that they do that to relay information about how many people they're carrying, where they are going etc. But he messed up, he said the tuk-tuk ride would be for free (which usually preceeds a "you misheard me" scam). We didn't pay the tuk-tuk driver, he had to drive us to our destination for free, haha. (Something the taxi should have done in the first place!) The tuk-tuk driver dropped us off at the wrong place as well btw! But we knew where we were so we walked to our guesthouse : The Jasmin Lodge.
